So recently I have been working on changing my eating habits which have hit a brick wall. I did get this lovely recipe from one of my dear friends in Utah while I was still living there.

Take romaine lettuce and add a lean meat to it. |

I shredded some cucumber |

Add feta cheese, diced onion, tomato; dress w/ balsamic vinegar |

This is a very healthy and filling meal. I find that 2 of these work out just fine. I usually eat them with some fresh strawberries afterward to have a bit of sweet.
